ObservActions User Roles

	The Observer The Observer can report new observations, see the progress and comment on those observations.
	The Agent The Agent takes responsiblity for reviewing and rectifying observations by creating actions to be performed by the Actioners.
	The Actioner The Actioner is assigned Actions to perform by the Agent to investigate and / or rectify the observations.
	The Administrator The Administrator is responsible for configuring the types and details required of observations that can be recorded. Also, the creation of users, raising invitations, and ensuring compliance and licences are also the Administrator's responsibility.

ObservActions Awards

To encourage user engagement, ObservActions rewards users for submitting Observations and completing assigned Actions where are then used to rank users on the Leaderboard.

	Bronze Star A Bronze Star is awarded to the Observer for every submitted Observation.
	Silver Star An Observer's Bronze Star is upgraded to a Silver Star when thier Observation has been accepted by an Agent. Also, a Silver Star is awarded to the Actioner when an Action has been completed.
	Gold Star An Observer's Silver Star is upgraded to a Gold Star when thier Observation has been deemed to be Complete and closed by an Agent.
